Solved Anchor links not working

    Hi there,

    The anchor links on my website aren't working.

    For instance: on the homepage there's a button 'stopsos.nl' with a downwards arrow. Clicking it won't bring the page where I've put the anchor id 'hetverhaal'. Putting #hetverhaal behind the url does work.
    I've also noticed that some custom CSS mouse over effects aren't working.

    I'm using the newest version of WP, Divi and Divi Powerful Childtheme & Plugin. I've cleared the cache in every way I could think of.

    Can you help me solve this please? Thanks!
