CSS ID not working after update powerful plugin

    After the update of powerful plugin the links do not work anymore to a CSS ID.

    If I activate Divi as a theme it will work as before. As soon as I activate powerful child theme it doesn't work anymore.

    On the homepage you will see for example four green boxes 'specialicaties' 'team' etc. These are linked to a CSS ID as you can see it doesn't work anymore. I hope you can fix it for me.
