Home Page and Posts Problem

    I have a problem with Home Page and Posts Pages.
    My last posts do not appear on my Home Page. New posts appear on the Post Page but are not on the Home Page. Post Slider does not show the last post as well. While I'm logged in my Admin Wordpress panel I see posts and all changes, however when I log out of the panel, there is no change on the site and the last posts are not visible on the Home Page, only on the Posts pages.

    I did the latest Wordpress update,
    disabled all the plugin,
    clear a cache,
    ....
    How do I solve this problem?

    Now I see that no change is happening on the Home Page. I change info, text, images, logo, nothing happens .... It takes almost 24 hours for the changes to be accepted and visible on the Home Page.
    Can anyone help me what to do?

    If you do not have any cache plugin installed, then you will need to refer your web host about this cache issue. They might have a server level cache implemented.
