Divi Builder Closing When Adding New Module

Recently I noticed that the slider was no longer appearing on our homepage and some images were not loading. When trying to troubleshoot this, I came across the issue that while I can edit current blocks on pages, if I click to add a new module, the backend divi builder completely closes.

    What I've tried so far:
    Disable all caching
    Disable static CSS
    Update WordPress
    Update Divi
    Enable/Disable Classic Editor
    Safe Mode

So far no luck. If I watch the JS Console during the closeout process, I see a number of TypeErrors occur. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure how to edit my thread so adding on here.

I've managed to bring back the slider and images by adding a CSS rule to force et_animated opacity to 1. Still no luck with the backend visual composer disappearing, however, when I click to add a new module.

You might want to first try to update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache.

If still not working, then try to enable Safe Mode again & see if it works.

Also are you using any CDN, like cloudflare? If yes, try to disable it.

And if everything above doesn't help, then you should refer official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
