    We found out that your plugin is causing the sections in both Wireframe and Desktop mode to freeze. It looks like a Parallax effect when scrolling.

    Watch here. See the last 2 sections, it looks like a parallax and it's annoying. I can't proceed to add more sections as it is covering the screen.

    Thanks.

    This happens when you use Divi sticky feature in our custom header style.

    To fix it, you need to go to edit our custom header style & remove the Divi sticky feature that you set previously & use our built-in sticky feature instead: https://divi.help/threads/sticky-feature-documentation.2294/

    ========

    Additional Info:
    This Visual Builder issue happens when an injected elements has Divi sticky feature enabled. Already reported to ElegantThemes about it, but it seems like they're not planning to fix it. Thus, you will need to use our built-in sticky feature instead.

    Unfortunately removing "free-sticky" class didn't fix it. We're using DIVI's "Blank page" template for our landing pages so there's no Header and Footer but this issue still affects the Visual Builder sections.

    It was working well before and we didn't need to add or remove class. This affected our other websites too that are using the Header plugin.

    You should add back the “free-sticky” class.

    We are referring to Divi sticky option, which can be found in Section Settings > Advanced > Scroll Effects > Sticky Position & set it to be “Do not stick”.

    RE: Section Settings > Advanced > Scroll Effects > Sticky Position & set it to be “Do not stick”.

    That fixed it! Thanks.

    The document you linked previously doesn't have that information.

    That documentation is just to teach you how to use our sticky feature.

    Glad that it all works for you. I’ll mark this thread as solved then.
