Solved Custom CSS not working on some pages after Divi theme update

Hello, I'm experiencing an unusual issue where custom CSS is not working on only some pages of a client's website, after updating their Divi theme from version 4.4.8 to 4.9.4. I haven't been able to find any troubleshooting options online that have worked.

    Here are the details:
    1. Even the header (which should appear the same on every page) is showing up styled on some pages and not on others.
    2. Custom CSS is still working on several pages, but is not working on multiple pages including the home page. The same classes are being used on the pages that are styling properly as the ones that aren't, which is confusing.
    3. It's using the Siteorigin CSS plugin. I tried putting the CSS code into the Divi custom CSS area, and it's still not working.
    4. I've cleared my browser cache between changes.
    5. I've tried Divi Options --> Builder --> Advanced --> disabling 'Static CSS File Generation', which hasn't worked.
    6. The url is verticaltreecare.ca although please note that I've reverted to a backup with the old theme version running, and so the issue is not currently showing.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

    Usually, this would work.

If not, you might also want to check your page settings custom CSS & see if there's any CSS error in it: https://divi.help/threads/divi-builder-looks-diferant-to-the-website.5941/#post-19319

If the above doesn't work, then you might want to refer official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/

    The issue has been solved!

The host (Siteground) has completely changed their system since the site was first built. They've since integrated a caching system on their end, which for some reason was turned on by default.

It was holding on to the old unified CSS & JS files for anonymous users. No matter what we were doing with the caching on the site, the host kept holding on to the old files.

So if I experience something like this again, I'll check the browser cache, site cache, AND any caching tools which might be running at the hosting level.
