Solved Retaining Settings After Installing Divi Ultimate

    Hi guys,

    I've worked on a website for a few weeks and would like to install Divi Ultimate so that I can access some of the premade designs e.g the Blog pages.

    I've installed DU and there are quite a few changes apply e.g the text, colours, saved, presets (section and module) being removed etc. Have since rolled back using a backup to retain the original design/settings.

    Is there a way that I can install DU on a pre-existing and also migrate the existing settings?

    For that case, just install Divi Ultimate Plugin will do.
    **Don't import Divi-Ultimate-Customizer.json.

    Thanks for your response. I've installed the plugin only but this doesn't give me the options to use the premade layout's e.g https://diviultimate.com/blog-list/ which I'd like to be able to use.

    For that case, you will need to import the xml file as well.

    By importing Divi-Ultimate-Library.xml, it will only add the premade layouts in Divi Library. It will not override any existing settings.
