My full width header has disappeared

    When I go into Divi the wording has also greyed out. If I click on it I can see the image but it's not appearing on the live site.

    I'm not technical so go easy with me.

    Try to go to the module settings > Advanced > Visibility & make sure that 'Disable on' is not ticked.

    Thank you for replying. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the problem. I don't know if this helps. It's clearly greyed out.

    Click here to go to the module settings:

    Then go to the Advanced > Visibility & make sure that 'Disable on' is not ticked.

    That's weird. Only when it's disabled, then it will be greyed out.

    Try to use Visual Builder instead & check the settings again.

    If still not working, then you might want to re-create the fullwidth header module again.

    It appears in Visual Builder but not the the live site. Just to double check, I've put the image in background. Do these need to be filled in? I've tried loading the header image url but nothing changed. upload_2021-6-26_10-42-7.png

    These are optional.

    As mentioned, in Visual Builder, have you check the Advanced > Visibility settings?

    Also have you try to add a new fullwidth header module & see if it shows up? If yes, you may try to right click to copy the module styles of the old one & paste to the new one.
