    Hi, DU!

On a fresh Wordpress Installation with just Divi and DU, none of the DU layouts appear in the Theme Customizer (as seen in the screenshot).

I've uploaded the Divi Ultimate layout on my homepage, but in the Theme Customizer, nothing changes.

I've deactivated all my plugins (except the Divi Ultimate Plugin).

    Any solutions please? Thanks, DU!

Also, this is across two subdomains.

Don't quite what you mean by that.

Let me just briefly explain how it works.
    1. In the Theme Customizer, you need to choose which theme you want to use in the Global Styling, and it will ONLY load the necessary CSS file for the theme that you choose.
    2. Then you just need to proceed to create new pages & load the pre-made layouts that you want to use.

Not sure if I answered your questions. Let me know.

    Hi, DU.

Okay...I thought that I would be able to see a live preview of a selected theme in the Theme Customizer (like I can see a live preview of DU Headers and DU Footers in the Theme Customizer).

Also, I tried using the Visual Builder to edit DU Footers in the Divi Library, but I get a 404 page. Is there a fix for that?

    Thanks, DU!

When you're facing the "page not found" issue for visual builder, you just need to go to Settings -> Permalink & click save. Then try to access the visual builder again.

    Cool. That worked. Thanks!

There are two things that didn't work for me:

    1. If you edit a footer layout, the reveal effect doesn't work anymore. I added a contact form into Footer Style 15 in this subdomain: https://www.bykyle.kaizer.media/
    2. If you don't edit a footer layout, the reveal effect work likes normal. However, the anchor link to the footer in the menu gets broken and doesn't auto-scroll to the bottom anymore (it still works in #1 above). I used Footer Style 15 again so you can see the difference in this subdomain: https://www.kyle3.kaizer.media/
Maybe its just me? Thank you for the quick support though; very much appreciated!

    1. When the footer is bigger than your screen, it revert back to original position.

    2. That's how revealing footer works. It will always stay on your screen 'fixed', but it's covered by your website content, that's why you're not seeing it. So if you put anchor link to it, it won't scroll to the bottom because the revealing footer is literally on your screen with positioning fixed.
