    how to have tab title side by side instead of having down on mobile version?

    You may try to go to the Tab module settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Tab & add: display: inline-block!important;

    and please let me know where exact i have to post the CSS code as in custom css section there are a lot of place where we can put css like main element, after , before etc, so please let me know the exact location to place the css code

    But if you wish to make it width 50%, then try the below instead:

    you are able to get my concern correctly I guess , i want the heading of tab exactly same as desktop for my mobile version site also

    I see you have other CSS to implement the design. Try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS to fix it:
