    Hi guys,
So I've gone in to edit a page, and it's defaulted to a view that is front end, which I don't like, so I click to go back to the standard view and a box pops up to say changes will be lost when you go back to standard, well I've not made any so I click okay... and the whole page has gone. so it must have meant back to the WP setting?
It's a new page that I loved took me ages to create, and I'm devastated.
Please can someone tell me there is a way to restore it?
I haven't made a manual back up in ages, going through some rebranding so actually hasn't been necessary until the last couple of weeks, and I forgot to even think about backing up.
    Thank you!

If revisions doesn't work, the only way is through backup. I don't think there's any other ways, other than revisions & backup.

The same thing happened to me. Talk about panic of the century!!!! I found that if I went back to the "Pages" interface and clicked on the page I wanted, the blank page of nothingness didn't load straight away - the old page with the "Revisions" link loaded first, for a couple of seconds. If you're quick enough, you can click the "Revisions" link before the dead page of death loads. (Took me a few goes before I managed to spot and click the "Revisions" link.) I think this is a gigantic problem with Divi.

I managed to fix the problem. Thats what you have to do:

    1. download and activate a pluguin called Classic Editor (it restores the old editor of older wordpress versions)

    2. go to the editing page

    3. click in revisions

    4. there you can select the last revision and restore it

I did exactly this and am still not seeing the "revisions" options at all. Is there another location I may find? I'm desperate for any help

Normally, you can't see the revision option if you don't have any revisions available.

If you try to edit your page & save it & see if the revision shows up.
**If it did show up, meaning your previous revision is not available. Then you will have to restore backup to get back your previous content.

I made an edit and saved and there is still no revision options. I JUST took over this site for my husband's company. Zero experience with Divibuilder but I am learning.

I accidentally did the same thing. Please help me. How do I restore it? Will it be possible to get the content back from a third-party backup or something? What about revisions?

Have to tried to look for revision in the sidebar of backend editor?

    upload_2022-2-27_23-19-53.png

If you can't see it in the sidebar, then try to click Screen Options at top right side & tick Revisions

If there's no revision available, your best bet is to contact your web host & see if they have any backup available.
