Header not sticking correctly

Try to install header plugin v3.1.0: https://divi.help/threads/divi-ultimate-header-plugin-v3-1-0.8645/#post-27345

And check if it works. If still not working, kindly share your URL.

Once you installed that version, for future updates, you get to update it through your Wordpress admin dashboard.

 

We've just uploaded a new version with the fix. You may go to WP Admin > Plugins > Divi Ultimate Header Plugin > Check For Updates & update it & see if it works.

 

As for your double scroll issue, it's due to your footer menu dropdown.
