Background Image Not Displaying on Live Website

    I'm using the Divi theme and the layout for IT Services. There is a contact form at the bottom of the default home page, and I see the background when I'm in the editor. However, when I look at the live site, the background image does not show up, nor does the text for the form since the text is white. Any ideas why the background would not show up?

    No change. I've tried Edge and Firefox.

    Try to disable Static CSS File Cache & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Disabled

    If it doesn't work, you may also try to disable Dynamic CSS at: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance > Dynamic CSS > Disabled

    If still doesn't work, then kindly share your URL.
