Wireframe view not allowing editing

    We've been encountering a very odd issue on our site in which editing is no longer possible in the wireframe view. Though the view appears when switching to it from the visual editor on any page, the gear icon can't be clicked on any module to begin editing. (Refer to the screenshot.) Has anyone else encountered something similar to this? We're currently on WordPress v5.7.3 and Divi 4.9.4. In both cases we haven't updated to the most recent versions due to some compatibility issues with plugins.

    You may try Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If it still doesn't work in Safe Mode, your best bet is to update Divi to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.
    **For the new Performance options, you can always deactivate them if you encounter any conflicts with your plugins: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance
