Solved Hover cursor over image not displaying text

I'm using

to wrap text around an image. I'm using the second method.

But when I have the cursor over the image no text is displayed. If it were just a normal image & text module then the text would appear maybe it is the 'float:left' that is messing it up.

I have set both the image attributes - Image Alt text & Image Title Text.

Is this a restriction with wrapping text or is there a way round it?

The web page shows details of people on the war memorial with a few pictures. If I put the cursor over the large picture of the war memorial the tip is shown, but if I put the cursor over on of the pictures of the people the tip is not displayed. In these cases I have use wrapped the text around the pictures.

That seems to nearly do it - but on the post I tried it out on, one of the images disappears - it is OK when the Visual Builder is enabled, but disappears when the Visual Builder is exited. On the attached image the middle right hand image disappears.
I removed your code and applied the display relative & z-index to each image - then removed them - but what ever I do I cannot get the middle right hand image to stay. If I copy the top image it is OK, but if I change it back to what it should be it disappears - not sure if it is something to do with the size.

Your suggestion did appear to work and the text was displaying - so I'm not sure if this is a different problem.

I have added the code as suggested and it works for some pages.
But here it is sometimes going wrong and omitting the image.
I wonder if it is because it is in a post rather than in a page? Any suggestions?
The two attached images show it in the editor and after exiting the editor.

There should be 3 images on the right hand side. The image for the Royal High School of Edinburgh is missing.

 

It was a link to an image - is it the link that is unknown? I will try deleting the image module and reinserting it.

 

I deleted the image module and re-entered it. When I exit the Visual Editor it disappears.

 

I had got the image link from Google images (in a table format) - but if I click on the image so it it is displayed 'fully' then copy the imagelink it works.
