Solved Scroll Effects: Scaling Up/Down

Hi,
I'm stuck on trying to make a background scale up and down based on scroll, while still keeping it inside Section's border and the section itself.

It would be great if anyone could help me to make the border be the point where it stops, so that it doesn't go further.

I was thinking it would be superb if the Scroll Effects themselves could have a function to lock them inside certain borders.

I've found out that putting the background on a Row, while adding Hidden on Visibility > Horizontal/Vertical Overflow of the Section will make it stay inside... but I can't seem to make the Row full height & full width.

 

It seems to have been the placement of the Row being the problem, it is now fixed by using Position > Absolute.
