horizontal vs vertical view

My divi website looks different from when i look at it vertically and horizontally on tablet and mobile. It's kind of hard to explain but when i flip my phone or tablet from horizontal to vertical the horizontal view gets messed up where pictures are off center and words are crawling off the page. Not sure how to adjust this, any help would be much appreciated.

sure..its really prevalent from styles&designs..on mobile and desktop its perfect but when i go to tablet mode vertically all the pics are swimming into each other while horizontally its using the desktop version but some of the pics are running off the page. However for mobile version the vertical is cell phone view but when i put it in landscape it uses tablet view. Im scared to flip my laptop vertically to see what it does there. As far as i can tell there is no way to adjust the horizontal view of your tablet it just takes the desktop version of your website and distorts it a bit?

 

Also there are a few unwaranted white spaces at the bottom of a few pages the one at the bottom of styles and designs is really bad while the one at the bottom of pricing and samples is liveable with i think. ive tried doing the padding and margins and everything and it just doesnt close the gap.
