Divi video embed issue

Hi guys.

When hovering over "Solutions" in the top menu, there is a video embedded on the right hand side of the mega menu.

The problem is next:

So, it happens randomly. On some of the pages video play works normally upon clicking on the video, but... when on some other pages and when trying to play the video, it either completely disappears or becomes a small window of the homepage??? ( shown on the screenshot below )

Note: All plugins are up to date, Divi theme as well. Also, I tried deactivating all of the plugins as I thought it may be the plugin conflict, but it happens only with Divi theme and Divi Mega Pro plugins activated too.

This is really weird bug and I don't know how to approach the fix. Any help, please?

 

*UPDATE*

I added two versions under header Solutions tab - directly embed by wordpress media upload.and youtube embed.
The top one is wordpress media upload and bottom one is youtube embed.

I noticed that Wordpress upload video never disappears and do not have any problems whatsoever, while the bottom, youtube embed version has above mentioned problems when trying to play the video.
I would leave the uploaded directly version, however the file size is large and it affects negatively sites speed.. .. .

Suggestions?
