Solved Header disappeared and Divi keep loading on loop

    Hi there,

    Since 1-2 weeks my website is experiencing problems (https://iltuopediatraonline.it/).

    Before there was a navigation menù in the header that now is not showing and also it is impossible for me to open divi builder (neither front-end nor backend) in order to try to fix it (unless I activate safe mode).

    I tried to reach Divi assistance and they told me to make a checkup to see if there are conflicts with any plugin and it seems that deactivating "Divi Ultimate Plugin GP" the navigation menù comes back.

    The problem is that without that plugin many of the UI elements or styles disappear, so I cannot simply delete it in order to be able to use the Divi builder and seeing again the navigation menù.

    I wonder if anyone else experienced something similar and if there's someone that can help me.

    It's a bug in older version of Divi Ultimate Child Theme. You will need to install the latest version of Divi Ultimate Plugin to fix it. To download the latest version of Divi Ultimate Plugin, you will need to have active subscription of our Pro Membership: https://divi.help/categories/pro-membership.170/
