Divi builder keeps making page unresponsive

    I can barely work on my site because the builder is always lagging, slow, and the builder makes the page unresponsive. I am using Google Chrome. Is there any way to fix this?

    You may want to try to enable Safe Mode & see if it helps: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    Also make sure that you fulfill the server requirements stated at: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status

    If still not working, then update both Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it helps.

    If all the above doesn't work, then you should report it to official Divi support at: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/

    having same issue.... I have not worked on the site in a while, so it must have been cause dby one of the recent updates.
    Site has plenty of memory available, but the builder is barely usable as every action takes about 10 seconds.

    Try to use incognito mode (where all the browser extensions disabled) & see if it works fine.

    If not, it's best for you to report it to official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
    **It might be caused by Divi new Full Site Frontend Editing feature.

    I switched from Chrome to Firefox and it appears to have fixed the problem.
