I have a Divi page (www.DOuGTrainer.com/boundaries) that has both text and code modules on it. The code modules have the iframe codes that YouTube uses to display the two videos.

When surfers choose the menu item to take them to the page, the text content on the page never gets displayed, and the next thing that gets shown is the YouTube video itself, on YouTube, when I expect to see my page, the copy on the page, the thumbnail on the page to click to go to YouTube to watch the whole video, not the YouTube page with the first of two videos playing.

I first tried copying and pasting the short URL from the address bar, but that wasn't working.

Then, on YouTube, I clicked the "Share" link, selected "embed," copied it and pasted it into a text block in the text tab, but that also didn't work correctly.

Then, copying the "Share" and "embed" code, I copied it and pasted it into a code block, and that's not working either.

I've cleared my cache in three different browsers, and all three are displaying the same behaviors—somehow jumping to the YouTube page, skipping the display of the copy on the page.

Interestingly, when I change the status of the page to DRAFT, then PREVIEW the DRAFT, it displays correctly. When I set it back to PUBLISHED and choose it from the menu, it skips the copy on the page again.

    Weird.

Answering my own question: I had added a Pretty Links plugin which had been given the same URL as the menu item’s name. Renaming the Pretty Links link solved the problem.
