Solved Vertical Navigation Menu Keeps Disappearing When Scrolling Back Up

    I implemented vertical navigation menu on my site. I seem to be having issues with the menu showing itself on first load and subsequent refreshes, but will disappear when scrolling back up, even after toggling the "Hide Nav Before Scroll" to either default, on or off.

    My intent is to either:

    1) Have the navigation remain even when I scroll the page back up, or
    2) Have the navigation hidden ON LOAD and only show when scrolling.

    It seems to work fine when it is a regular horizontal header, which is not I wish to achieve.

    Found the problem. Some CSS was implemented the Integration section of Divi's Theme option.
