Custom CSS not Applying

    Hi I'm pretty new to website building and especially to Divi. I tried putting some Custom CSS in the Theme Options to add padding between my menu items and auto align my items in the middle of a Row. My problem is that when I put in my custom CSS nothing happens. I've looked up multiple tutorials and there it always gets applied instantly. Mine just does nothing. Does anyone know a fix for this or am I doing something wrong here?

    This is my custom CSS:

    margin-top:auto;
    margin-bottom:auto;
    }

    #top-menu li a{
    padding: 0 25px!important;
    }

    For the auto alignment, I can see the code applying and working on this row of the homepage: Verhoog Boekingen met Pakkende Visuals. Is there somewhere else you want it to apply? If you're not seeing that content vertically centered, try clearing your browser cache to make sure you're seeing the latest version of the page.
