Create responsive tiles with exact the same size

I need a DIVI with tiles that are all the same size and responsive. Each tile contains an icon, a heading, a text and a button. The tiles should be the same size even if the headings and texts are of different lengths. The button should always be in the same place.
I used this video as a guide:
I use both Divi icons and custom icons (uploaded with the Divi Booster).

What can I do?
Or is the approach wrong? Is there an alternative solution, for example with blurbs?
