hi everyone, hope you can help!

In the Divi builder, all of a sudden, when i open the section module settings for any module, on any page, the top half of the settings dont appear, its just a blank white space. I can briefly see the settings for a second, then they are covered by a white box. it doesn't happen for rows, just section settings (and not the advanced setttings, just the general settings tab).

Half way down (from the background colour selector onwards), it appears normal, but the whole top half of the settings window is covered, or invisible… this means i cant access the part where a background image is added/changed.

I have tried different browsers/computers, clearing cache etc.

Has anyone seen this problem or have any suggestions???

    Thank you for your assistance!

Try to disable all your plugins & see if the issue still there.

Your best bet is to update Divi & WP to latest version. If Divi is already on the latest version, then try to reinstall it.

Success! I have updated to the latest version and that seems to have fixed the problem! Odd that it just started happening suddenly with the version I had, but in hindsight I should have updated everything once the bug occurred... it is the obvious first step!

    thanks for your help

Hi there. I noticed the issue you had, I have the same problem unfortunately.
I tried to update Divi Builder but noticed it's already updated to the most recent release.
Any ideas how I can solve the issue?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards
    Ramon

Maybe try to ask your host to update your site PHP to 7+ (if you haven't done that). And clear your browser & site cache. And see if it works.

Also you can try to disable all your plugins & see if it works for you.

Hi there, thank you so much for replying so quickly.
I cleared browser cache which didn't help, I was going to install a plugin to clear wordpress cache if you think that could help?
I would deactivate the plugins but I could be in a whole load of pain if doing that causes other issues. Any ideas around that?
Problem with upgrading to php to 7+ is it's my clients server, so would be a difficult one to get around.
It's tricky and really don't know what I can do around the mentions above.
Does Divi Builder have this problem consistently?

I appreciate your help, most kind.

For your case, the settings are totally blank (Never encounter such issue before). You might want to refer to official Divi support about this: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
