The phone link is not working on some desktops, the builder is divi.

First, I would strongly recommend you avoid nulled themes and plugins - they are commonly used to distribute malware and may lead to your site being hacked now or in the future. I understand that not everyone can afford to pay full price, but I've seen cases where the use of nulled versions of Divi plugins have lead to ransomware being installed on sites and would hate for that to happen to you. I'd suggest removing the nulled versions of these products, then rebuilding or thoroughly security checking your site. If you can, purchase legitimate versions of the products directly from the authors' sites. If you contact them first and explain your situation to them, I'm sure at least some would be happy to offer some kind of discount to know that you're using a safe version of their software - I know I would. But if you still can't justify the cost, I'd suggest looking into free themes and plugins to see if you can meet your needs that way. Nulled stuff is bad news.

That said, I wouldn't imagine that the nulled products are specifically changing how the phone links work. One possibility is that the button isn't actually a HTML link with "tel:" in the href field (to indicate a phone number), but some browsers are detecting the phone number anyway and turning it into a phone link while some aren't. Another possibility is that some of the browsers have an application (e.g. Skype, Whatsapp and so on) configured to handle phone links while the other browsers are not configured to handle the links (and possibly just to ignore them). I'd check the source code of the page to determine how the button is configured, and also check the browser settings to determine how they are configured to deal with phone links.

 

The call buttons seem to be set up / working correctly for me. Two things I noticed that might have an impact:

1) The phone numbers don't include the international dialing code, so they may not work for anyone calling / testing them outside the USA.
2) The call button in the header as shown on mobile has a different phone number to the rest.

But otherwise, they look okay to me - perhaps someone else will be able to check and let you know if they see something different.
