    Hi,

When the customer finalizes the order and selects the option to create an account in Checkout, clicks on 'I buy and pay' then an error pops up “There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.

The order is created, as is the account but still remains on the Checkout page. Eventually in order for the 'Thank You' page to show up where he sees that he has placed the order he has to click the 'Buy and Pay' button three times.

I checked and this error is generated by DIVI. On other themes this error does not occur

    Hi HOLTONx,

I can't tell for sure since it sounds like properly testing it requires putting through actually purchases. But I noticed a couple of things on the checkout page that might have some bearing.

First, the "Informacje dodatkowe" additional information module (on the right, below the purchase button) actually contains hidden form fields (billing address, etc) that more or less duplicates the main "Dane płatności" form. It's using the same CSS IDs for the fields and since the IDs are supposed to be unique on the page it's possible that code relying on the IDs could get confused. I'd suggest you try temporarily removing the "Informacje dodatkowe" from the page to see if it helps (fully disable or remove it from the layout, rather than hiding it with CSS).

Second, I see some JavaScript errors relating to this file:

    https://tricolorstore.pl/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-payments/dist/frontend-tracks.js

I'm not sure of the significance of the errors, which look like this:

    POST https://tricolorstore.pl/zamowienie/null 404 (Not Found)

It seems to be failing to do something (maybe analytics related, given the "tracks" in the file name), but it might be worth looking into - i.e. check for any updates to the WooCommerce Payments plugin, or message the developers for their input.
