Solved New post text has overwritten all posts text?

    My website ‘SeaFlo Consultancy’ has a blog page called ‘Resource Hub’. Resource Hub|Seaflo Consultancy
    On Thursday last week I add three new posts to the blog page (and just back dated the post dates), I checked each one when it went live and all was fine, I could click on each new post and older posts and they all viewed fine, normal.

    Then on Friday when I went back to the live website to view older posts, I noticed when I click on any post to read the full story, every single post text was now only displaying the text and image I had added to one of my new posts ‘Spotlight on pioneering efforts in digital twin technology‘. Spotlight on pioneering efforts in digital twin technology|Seaflo Consultancy Why has this happened? How can I fix this?

    When you view the main blog list page you can see every blog post and the titles, feature image and excerpts all look correct. However when you click on any post to read the story in full they all seem to have been overwritten with the one same new post.

    I tired deleting that one new post but it did not change anything back to normal.
    I tired deleting the main text from this new post but that then just makes all the posts have no text visible.
    Why is the divi overwriting all posts text? What has changed?

    Hey Stephanie, I think it's an issue with the theme builder template applied to the individual posts. Currently the theme builder layout for the posts has a text module which seems to contain the duplicated content. Since the same layout applies on all the posts, the content is also applying on all the posts. Normally, instead of the text module you'd want to use a "Post Content" module in the layout. The Post Content module will automatically pull in the correct text from each post.

    If you go to "WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder" and locate the template assigned to posts, then open the template body layout for editing and there you should find the text module in question. Replace this with a post content module and I think that should sort it.
