I tried to filter by a specific category in the blog module, but unfortunately, it’s not working, and I’m seeing an error message:

Oops! An error has occurred. This content could not be displayed. Please report this issue to our team so we can fix it, save the builder, and reload it.

Can someone help me? Thank you very much and best regards.

    Hi Bettina,

This error indicates that an error has occurred in the code that renders the preview of the module in the visual builder. You might be able to resolve it by clearing your browser cache and reloading the visual builder. But if it persists, it's probably best to get in contact with Divi's support about it as it would seem to indicate an issue in Divi's own code:

Since its an error in the preview, which uses different code to the front-end display of the module, you might still be able to save the page and - possibly - it will display correctly on the front-end regardless.

Thank you very much for your answer.
Unfortunately, deleting the cache does not lead to the desired result. Then I'll probably have to actually try my luck with support.

Sorry to hear that didn't work, Bettina. Yes contacting support is probably the best way forward, but if they aren't able to help, let us know here and we can try and work through the issue. Probably the next thing to do would be to check what error messages (if any) are showing in the browser's JavaScript console. That may give us some clue as to what exactly is failing in the preview. Good luck!
