Solved Before/after block problem

    Hi
    I have a problem with before after block.
    When I'm logged in it works, when a non logged user view the page with this block the block is not displayed correctly please check attachment
    How can I fix?

    I have to DISABLE: Return jQuery and jQuery Migrate under Options > Performance and now it works. Thank you
