    Hello
After following all the info on the pro support for new installations, all looks good except that now the nav menu doesn't show and nor does the logo or hamburger icon to trigger it.
Even though I have set it to Slide in from right and always hide vertical nav and show the hamburger menu, I have a large white vertical block to the left.

Alternatively, if you wish to always hide vertical nav and show the hamburger menu, you may use Divi Block pre-made header design for Divi Theme Builder. It has similar design without using any plugins: https://generator.diviblock.com/divi-block-version/v2-0-6/?type=pro

In Divi Block builder link above, click on the ‘Header & Navigation’ block and look for the the one that have description ‘Slide in menu - from right’. Export it & import it at your Divi Theme Builder Global Header.

If you wish to stick with the header plugin, you will need to share us the URL for us to troubleshoot. Thanks.

Upon further checking, it's due to you installed both Divi Ultimate Child Theme & Divi Ultimate Header Plugin.

Divi Ultimate Child Theme already included the header feature. So if you install the header plugin as well, they will conflict each other.

So, try to disable the header plugin & set it up with the child theme header instead.

Let me know how it goes.

Ok I've done that. All working with the exception of the hamburger icon which refuses to appear therefore making it hard to assess how well the menu works...

It seems like you have accidentally deleted the menu section. Kindly check your PM.

Kindly check. Everything should work fine now. We've also added fix for you to view the vertical navigation design on Visual Builder.
