    Also, how do I make the fields stack vertically & full width in mobile (I just can't find the setting for this like in divi 4). Thanks again.

    Try the below CSS in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    That will make the placeholder font size the same as the field font size.

    You can then adjust the field font size to fit your need.

    If the module settings option doesn't work, you may try this CSS at Contact Form module settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Free-Form CSS:
