Divi Contact Form DB Not Reporting

    I have 2 forms on my website. Both have different unique IDs and CSS IDs. The assigned email address is receiving the form submissions by email but the plugin on the backend of the website is only showing when I get submissions from one form and not the other.

    Make sure that the correct form is selected in the Divi Contact Form DB plugin, or try changing its name within the module.

    Since emails arrive from both forms, the issue may be with how the plugin tracks or stores submissions. Which form plugin are you using, and have you checked whether both forms are enabled for submission storage?
