    Hi,

I'm using for my menu one of the Divi ultimate's layouts.

I've changed the default icon with mine, but it takes about 1 second to set normal when loading (It is bigger and slided on the left in the first second, and there are other stuff wrong).

    It's quite a disturbimg effecct.

    How can I fix it?

    This is my website.

    TY!

Thanks for getting back to me, I've tried using the preloader option, but it just kills the google page load score. Hopefully, this is something Divi develops to fix. The header and footer customisation in the ultimate child theme is awesome apart from this issue.

Another thing is you could try the below:
WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Enabled
WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Output Styles Inline > Disabled
