Solved show descriptions in archives tags category

    Hello! Your Divi Powerful Child Theme is really fantastic! I like it a lot! I would really like to show descriptions of categories and tags in the archives. How can I show the descriptions in the archives? I thought I could copy the single.php file and call it "archive" by inserting php to show the descriptions but I'm afraid it will not work. Can I show them with the divi builder? Can you help me? Thanks in advance

    Kindly ignore all my previous posts. Already deleted those.

    In this post, I'll guide you to create a new shortcode for the description of categories & tags.

    First, go to edit your child theme functions.php & add the below code:
    Code:
    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    Then you can proceed to edit your dynamic archive header in Divi > DP - Archive Header.

    Add a new text module in it & add [dp_description] in the content area.

    Well! It works perfectly with my articles! Thank you so much! It is wonderful!

    But... How can I make it work for my custom posts too?

    I would like to display the descriptions also in the archives of my cpt.

    ps. I renamed the innate projects of Divi and I'm using them on my site.
    I can not visualize the descriptions for them, but I see the Powerful archive pages.

    For convenience, I am attaching my "functions.php" file now with your added code.
    In the file you will find also the function with which I renamed projects in "prodotti" and one works for structured data.

    Can you help me for show description in archive of my cpt (prodotti/projects)?

    Hello! Thanks a lot! I deleted the previous code and entered the new code.
    ..your code works for tags and categories of articles but only for the categories of my projects. In fact I can not see the description in the tags. Maybe something is missing? can you help me?
    I would like to show the descriptions in all the archives ... Thanks in advance
