    Hello,

    How does the Divi Powerful update work? Is it automatic by license key or should it be done manually? In the latter case, what is the step by step?

    You will need to do the updates manually. We will provide the necessary documentation on how to update.
    We still haven't decided what types of update steps we're looking to implement.

    Perhaps, for simpler updates, we will need you to go to Appearance > Theme Editor to edit certain files of our child theme.
    **We coded our child theme in a way that we did not alter the style.css & functions.php. We have our own custom files for the CSS & Functions. So, it's safe for you to add your custom CSS in style.css & Functions in functions.php.

    If more complex updates that adding new files, we might use assistant plugin. Or you might need to use FTP to upload the files.
    **Haven't decided which to implement yet.

    But if you haven't made any changes to our child theme, you can easily delete it & upload the new one.
