Sidebar menu is overlapping body text in wordpress

    Hi everyone, I'm having issues with the sidebar menu text overlapping into the body text of the site when the window is re-sized. I could find articles on how to add css to fix the header logo overlapping issue, but nothing on the sidebar! Please see attached. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!! :)

    You shouldn't be using negative margin to adjust the spacing.

    You should just use this specialty section & set the width settings & done.
