Help with layout and nested rows?

Hi,

I attached a screenshot of the basic layout I'm trying to do in Divi that meets the description below.

I'm having trouble seeing how to have this cascade correctly in mobile view from the desktop view.

Is it possible to nest rows within a row? It's basically two columns of content, each of separate type. The first column is twice as wide as the second column. And the first column has two columns of content in addition to a text block title above that extends across the column's width. The second column is a title, then stacked text blocks.

I can't figure how to set it up so that first column displays with the title on top, then the second column displays under it on mobile with its title on top and under the first column.It seems like you need nested rows? But I can't seem to figure how to achieve this.

Our host doesn't have the most recent version of Divi.
