3rd time question: Why can't I have divi be automatically translated?

Hello,

I have been posting several questions about this subject. No satisfactory answer yet.
I even took down my site and started again with a free theme. But I paid for DIVI because it claimed to have automatic translation.
My Wp is already in Portuguese. It all works with the free Olsen-light theme but not with DIVI.
My comments and other buttons continue in Portuguese if I use the Divi theme.
The features of DIVI are great in English. So why aren't they automatically translating to Portuguese as it claimed when I purchased it? How can I get around this problem?
I re-installed the latest version. Did it all... don't understand???
Thanks for your quick help.... by the way, the responsive and help of divi needs to be a little better, for the amount of download it has, for all the praises, it already deserves a dedicated team like others, free and paid themes have...
