Solved 404 Error when trying to access the customizer

    Hello,

    I just purchased the mega bundle and when truing to use the new ULTIMATE HEADER, I'm able to load the styles, but when I click the "After choosing, you can then customize it here." I keep getting a 404 error? What am I doing wrong?

    I just convinced my boss to purchase this and we're off to a bad start. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for the troubles. Seems like you're using multisite. The link in customizer is set to work only if your site is on the root domain.

    Solution:
    Alternatively, you can just go to WP Admin > Divi > DU Header - Library to access the premade header styles to customize it in Divi Builder.
