How would I add a border that wraps around multiple sections?

    Hey grm,

There isn't really a way to set a single border that wraps around multiple sections unless you can guarantee that they are the only sections in the layout (in which case you could apply a border on the element which contains the sections).

However, you could simulate it by applying partial borders to the sections themselves. In Divi's border options at "Section Settings > Design > Border" you can select which edges of a section to show the border on. So you could do this by setting a left, right and top border on the first section, left and right borders only any middle sections, and a left, right and bottom border on the last section. You'd also need to remove any margin between the sections (and if necessary, replace it with padding), at "Section Settings > Design > Spacing". That would give you a border that wraps around all the sections.
