Adding ACF meta to Portfolio Grid Thumbnails

    I am having some difficulty in figuring out how to add some Advanced Custom Field Meta data to the Project thumbnail data being displayed on a Divi Portfolio Grid Module. The attached image shows the standard layout (thumbnail, title, category) that is displayed and the additional meta data I want to include that is stored on each Project's page in ACF boxes I have created.
    It seems like I would a PHP echo call on the Portfolio.php page (child theme), but I have not been able to get it to work. Any suggestions are appreciated.
