Adding ALT text to any module link?

Is there any way in DIVI to all ALT or TITLE for module links? For SEO, having ALT and TITLE links really helps with Google SEO.

For instance, I used a BLURB module and want the whole module to be linked to another page but, there's no way to set the ALT or TITLE text.

Is there a plugin that adds this to all DIVI modules to that 'any' link you create can have an ALT, TITLE, Description or all 3?

This sure would be helpful for SEO.

I reported this to DIVI and they admitted this isn't on the radar. Alt and Title meta is not only important for SEO, but also for ADA compliance since most readers use that metadata for text to speech.

A good plugin would add an extra field to have alt and title text for links and then have that output when HTML is rendered.
