Adding Image Frame

    Hi Guys

    New to web design and Divi. Is there a way in Divi to add a frame as per the attached? I know how to add a white border in the image settings but not how to then add a line around the outside of the border.

    Else any recommendations on the simplest method of doing this?

    Perhaps add thick white inner box shadow & thin black border line outside.
