Solved Adding link not working

    When I highlight some text and press the link button a dialog is partly displayed and it freezes. Before I could enter the link and if I wanted to have a new window.
    If there a fix for this?

    You may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If not, you may just use the Text tab & insert your own custom HTML. Here's a sample of a link that opens in new tab: <a href="YOUR_URL" target="_blank">YOUR_TEXT</a>
