Solved Align blog modules

On my frontpage https://godkrop.dk/ i have three blogpost modules. The pictures and headlines are not the same size so the three examples are not aligned.
Is there a way to fix this without having to change pictures and/or headlines?
Its almost at the bottom of the frontpage.

Thanks a lot. That help very nicely om the picturesize. The only "problem now is that they are not aligned in the buttom, because titles are not same length and the categories are different. Of couse i can change these things, but is there a way to make sure a row has the same hight and adjust itself?

That fixed it. I did have to change the headlines though so they are all more or less same size as the one with the short headline still didnt align with the others. But everything looks good now.
