All plugins turned off. But only Safemode displays top photo.

    Recently one of my sites in Divi stopped displaying the top image of the home page. I tried various things. I changed the image, cleared static generation, and turned off all the plugins. It only displays when Safemode is on. This was after I corrected an anchor tag setting on the home page.
