Solved Anchor Links + Phone Number Link

Hi,

I have two questions/problems regarding a website that I made with Divi 3.

1. I'm not able to click my anchor links on my phone. The mobile version of the menu seems to be “broken". If you click on the "hamburger/stack icon" the menu opens. That's fine. But after that, it's not possible to click one of the anchor links (one-page design)

2. I want to provide a phone number at the bottom of the website. The button should open a window where you get asked if you want to call the number. For now, all links that I tried do not work.
For example: <a href="tel://number"></a>

Do you have any ideas?

Where do I have to paste the link if I want to use a “normal button“? It's not working if I paste it under "link" or under "additional CSS".
