    It's at WP Admin -> Settings -> Reading -> Blog pages show at most

    Tested from my side & it works fine. Make sure that your blog post have more than 20 posts. Also try to clear your cache.

    cache cleared... tried in another browser also.
    and i have about 20 posts showing with the pagination.
    can it be from somewhere else ?

    Not quite sure about that. You can try to disable all your plugins & see if it works.

    What if you switch back to Divi as the active theme & see if it works.

    If under normal Divi + Wordpress site without any child theme & plugins activated, and it’s still causing the issue, then it’s most likely Divi / WordPress issue. You might want to update both to the latest version & see if it works.

    Just noticed there are such options in the Divi Theme Options. Though, somehow it works for me when setting it at WP Admin -> Settings -> Reading -> Blog pages show at most
