Banner Fullwidth Slider Cropped / Parallax Image Not Cropped

    Hi,
    I am having problems with my Banner header / full width slider (image is 1800 pixels in width x 420 height, Res 72) being cropped (from the right) on iPads and laptops but not on a PC monitor. At the same time I have a parallax image of the same width (image is 1800 pixels in width x 992 height, Res 72) that is not cropped on any device. How can I make my full width slider banner "fit" on any screen it is displayed as my parallax image does ?
    For example please see :-

    On laptop / iPad only 3 or 4 of 5 ladies are displayed in the full width slider banner at the top of the page, however, the parallax image above "A GRADE" shows all 5 ladies on any device. Both images are the same width. I'm sure I'm doing something stupid here.

    Based on what I see, the only difference is the background image position. You just need to set the background image of the full width slider banner to have 'center' background image position.
